¤ Jacketed Reactor

¤ GMP Limpet Reactor

Product Specification We have rich experience in chemical industry and offer GMP Limpet Reactor are available with complete agitator assembly. The are provided with internal cooling coils or jacket depending on the requisite heat transfer. The limpets are fitted in conformity to ASME standards keeping in mind the hoop and circumferential stress factors. These are used in processes like polymerization, high-pressure and temperature reactions.

¤ 3KL GMP Reactor

Product Specification - They are manufactured with Limpet as well as Jacket, all contact parts and Non-Contact Parts will be only Stainless Steel and no CI or MS parts. Manufacturing range from 100Ltr to 15000Ltrs.

GMP Reactors are widely used now a days to achieve high quality products and also considering US-FDA norms in industries e.g. API, Pharma, Specialty, Food, Adhesives, Cosmetics, etc….

GMP Reactor is a vessel with cylindrical shell welded with Top and Bottom torispherical dishend. Agitator with Gear and Motor is provided on Top Dishend mounted on Lantern Stool and Assembly.

• Agitator for Reactor:

Inside the vessel Blades like Anchor or Propeller or any other design as per process requirement is attached with shaft with help of solid bush. Baffle also can be provided on vessel wall fitted fitted on the Baffle clits. Guide Bush is provided on Bottom Dishend for Agitator Support. Rigid Coupling in two part shaft is provided for easy handling and maintenance. On Top Dishend of Reactor Nozzles for Inlet, Sight and Light Glass, Thermowell, Dip Pipe, Vent and Manhole can be provided. Devit Arm with swing I-Bolts can be provided on Manhole for easy opening. Bottom dishend discharge nozzle is provided.

• Heating & Cooling of Reactor:

For External Heating of vessel plain jacket or Half Pipe Limpet Coil is provided on 80% of the shell height and Bottom Dishend. Cooling or Heating can also be given internally by providing full pipe coil. Jacket of vessel is Insulated with Hot Insulation ( Glass wool, Rock wool etc..) & Cold Insulation (with Puff or Liquid Injection called INSITUE). For GMP Application Insulation is covered with SS 304 guage sheet

• Drive Assembly of Reactor:

Drive Assembly of Agitator is Fabricated as per the requirement of Motor and Gear. Foot Mounted or Flange Mounted. Gland Packing with Stuffing Box or Mechanical Seal can be fitted on shaft. Drive Assembly is provided with Double Tapper Roller Bearing, Housing, Flexible Coupling, Chuck nut, Lock nut, etc... Complete Drive is covered with SS 304 Drive Guard to avoid contact of MS part during process.

¤ Chemical Reactor
